Do you have a health fund voucher?  (for residents of Lithuania)

 

If your doctor has informed you that it is planned to assign you a compensated Territorial Health Fund (THF) voucher,

You can book your place or ask for information by:

After THF issues you a certificate, you must come to sanatorium not later than within 3 calendar days. Date of arrival must be confirmed beforehand.

You must have:

   - your ID;

   - Health Fund certificate;

   - an extract from your medical documents issued by the doctor who is treating you;

   - a valid doctor’s certificate (if one is issued to you);

   - personal belongings (rubber slippers, bathing set, personal hygiene items);

   - comfortable warm clothes (health care facility is in a separate building).
